Use our online booking form or give us a quick call. Choose a pickup day that works best for you. We operate our pickup and delivery services Monday through Friday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. We’ll be able to give you a window, rather than an exact time, as we need to schedule you into our daily routing schedule.
Step 2: Bag Your Laundry
Place your dirty laundry in a bag (we’ll return it in one of our own reusable bags). No need to sort—we’ll handle it all with care.
Step 3: We Wash, Dry & Fold
Our expert team uses professional-grade machines and premium detergents. Every order is washed separately—never mixed with another customer’s.
Step 4: We Deliver Fresh Laundry to Your Door
Your laundry is neatly folded and returned within 24 hours, fresh and ready to wear.

A: You can pay via credit card or cash, and credit cards can be added to our system so that it can be charged for recurring clients to avoid coming to the store.

A: Yes, we require a minimum of 20 lbs. per pickup. Most family loads easily meet this.
Q: Can I include special instructions (like sensitive fabrics)?
A: Absolutely! Leave us a note when booking or tag your items—our team is happy to accommodate.
Q: How fast is the turnaround?
A: Standard turnaround is 24 hours (possible 48 hours for large orders). Rush service for same-day is available only for dropoff, for an extra charge.
